Personal Data Protection Consent Form
According to the Personal Data Protection Act, the Taiwan Joint Cancer Conference (hereinafter TJCC) issues its statement of personal data protection and collection agreement to notify you of your responsibilities and rights and solicit your consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data by TJCC.
1. Purpose of Collection: the Taiwan Joint Cancer Conference.
2. Categories of Personal Data Collection: Personal information contained in registration pages, online registration forms, and online submission forms.
3. Period, areas, parties and way of the use of personal information :
- Areas: Society of Gynecologic Oncology, Taiwan Lung Cancer Society, Taiwan Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncol, Taiwan Association of Gynecologic Oncologists, Taiwan Genomics and Genetics Society, Taiwan Oncology Society, Taiwan Clinical Oncology Society, Taiwan Breast Cancer Society, Taiwan Society of Pathology.

- Way of use of personal information: Use of personal data with email, hard copy, fax or other ways consistent with contemporary technology, including means that TJCC can use legally.

To supplement or revise the collected data. To cease the collection of collected data. To delete the collected data.
