Dear Contributor,
The Taiwan Joint Cancer Conference (TJCC) will feature a dual-track poster exhibition, utilizing both physical poster boards and E-Poster kiosks. Posters that have advanced to the final review stage will primarily be displayed as physical posters.
In alignment with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) sustainability principles, all accepted papers will also be uploaded to the official conference app. To ensure smooth processing, please prepare and submit your E-Poster file according to the specifications below.
Poster Specifications
- Physical Printed Poster:
Recommended size: W90 × H150 cm (as shown in the submission guidelines)
Please Note: Poster evaluation will be based solely on on-site physical displays. All posters must be posted at the venue by 12:00 noon, Saturday, May 2. Late submissions will not be considered for further review. - E-Poster Format:
Dimensions: Size: Please refer to the E-Poster template (click to download) - Submission Requirements & Deadlines:
Upload Deadline: Friday, April 24, 2026, 23:59 - Content Consistency: The Title and First Author must match the information provided at the time of initial submission
- File Naming: Please name your files using your "Submission Number"

File Format Instructions
- Software: All posters must be created using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Template: Please follow the official "E-Poster Template" when preparing your file
- Required Formats: JPG (or PNG) and PDF (please ensure the PDF is not password protected)
- File Size Limit: Each file must be under 10MB
