Authors whose submissions have passed the initial review will receive notification emails shortly. We kindly encourage you to check your inbox, including spam or junk folders, to ensure you receive the message.
To support your upcoming presentation, authors who pass the preliminary review are asked to prepare the following materials (both are required):
- Printed Poster:
Please follow the conference guidelines when preparing your poster. The recommended size is 90 cm (W) × 150 cm (H). Exceeding this size may affect the display arrangement. A sample layout is provided for your reference.
- E-Poster File:
Please prepare your e‑poster according to the required format and recommended dimensions to ensure optimal screen display. Detailed upload instructions and deadlines will be announced separately. A downloadable template is available.
Further details and requirements will be included in the notification email. We appreciate your cooperation in completing the necessary preparations.
